Schizophrenia is not an obstacle for the sufferer

My name is Fajar Achmad Triady, I am a student at UNIKOM University, which is located in Bandung, I am a Transfer Student from Jakarta, In Jakarta I studied at YAI University, majoring in Information Systems, where I completed five semesters of study, Until finally my life moving from Jakarta is not without reason or my own desire, this is based on my illness, which I experienced and I suffered for a long time.

I was sentenced by a doctor in Jakarta to have a mental disorder in the type of Schizophrenia, I was treated in various hospitals, and also a Trapi clinic but did not recover and since the Corona Virus is endemic in the world and activities are limited and lectures are only done online.

came my story began ???????????????????????????????????????????

My sister has an affair with a man, who in my opinion is not handsome, but honestly I see her every time I see her, always afraid and always want to avoid her, don’t want to meet her, That day was Friday “at, the first time I met him had body contact, he came to my room” dawn what is your problem with me? “

“No, no problem, bro!”, with a scared face I tried to stop him from entering my room, I pushed him as hard as I could, but I never thought he had quite good and great martial skills, all my attacks. countered, until I was tired and exhausted myself, he easily returned all my attacks to him so I was made by him TKO, after he calmed me down, then he asked me the first few questions, where did you study, what semester and what major, I answered all of his questions.

Long story short, I was asked to move by Mother and continue my studies in Bandung, I was submitted to UNIKOM UNIVERSITY, which is located in the area of Dipati Ukur, until this writing was made and published only once stepped my foot to UNIKOM. The first time I lived in Bandung, I entered the Cisarua Mental Hospital Lembang Bandung, there I underwent treatment for 12 days, there I learned a lot and knew the meaning of life, so on the last day my sister’s lover, was called by the Doctor, so that the readers of the article I am asking where are my parents, why should my brother’s lover have to take my big responsibility, where is my older brother, it should be him, not my sister’s brother who took responsibility for me, can anyone answer?.

now I just understand, why mother trusts my sister’s lover so much, takes responsibility for myself, When my mother had heart disease, it was my sister’s lover who took her to the hospital, so the team of doctors who handled my mother’s heart disease made the decision to have my mother have heart surgery by past, until mother recovers and is healthy again, my sister’s lover is the one who helps and takes care of my mother. I want to really thank you very much, I even promise in myself that if tomorrow I become a programmer, as well as a data analysis expert I will repay all the kindness of my brother’s lover, to my family, if my sister’s lover closes her eyes. and have children, then I will take care of my sister, and her child, I will educate her as high and as much as she wants.

maybe many of the readers of this article are wondering what is schizophrenia???, Schizophrenia is a severe mental disorder, in which people who experience it interpret reality abnormally. These psychiatric disorders can cause several symptoms.

Symptoms that may occur include a combination of hallucinations, delusions, and thought and behavior patterns that can interfere with daily functioning, possibly leading to disability. Schizophrenia is a long-term condition that can require lifelong treatment. Causes of Schizophrenia

The exact cause of schizophrenia is not known. However, researchers suggest that schizophrenia is caused by a combination of genetic factors, brain chemistry, and environmental factors that contribute to the development of the disease. Problems with several naturally occurring brain chemicals, including dopamine and glutamate, can contribute to schizophrenia. Imaging studies have also shown differences in the structure of the brain and central nervous system in people with schizophrenia. Several factors are also known to increase the risk for developing or triggering schizophrenia, including: Have a family member with a history of being diagnosed with schizophrenia, Increased activation of the immune system, such as as a result of inflammation or autoimmune disease Much older father’s age, Complications from pregnancy and childbirth, such as malnutrition or exposure to toxins and viruses that can affect brain development, History of taking psychoactive or psychotropic drugs during adolescence or young adulthood, Symptoms of Schizophrenia, Schizophrenia can involve a variety of symptoms related to thinking (cognition), behavior, or emotions. Signs and symptoms that generally appear can vary. But generally includes the presence of delusions, hallucinations, or speech that is not well structured, which can also reflect the presence of obstacles to carry out daily functions. Signs and symptoms that can occur in schizophrenia include:

1. Delusions

Delusions are false beliefs that are not based on reality. For example, people who are delusional may think that they are being harmed or harassed. Delusional people may also think that certain comments or signs are directed at them directly. They also feel they have extraordinary ability or fame, or feel that someone else is falling in love with them, or that a disaster is imminent, without any concrete evidence. Delusions are experienced by most individuals with schizophrenia.

2. hallucination

This generally includes seeing, hearing, or feeling something that is not really there. However, in people with schizophrenia, things you see, hear, or feel are very real. Hallucinations can be felt by one or more of the five senses, but most often involve hearing.

3. Unstructured mindset

An unstructured mindset can be seen from the presence of unstructured speech. Effective communication may be compromised, and the person’s answers may be unrelated to the question being asked. Sometimes, people with this condition may also use a variety of unrelated and incomprehensible words, a concept known as word salad.

4. Abnormal motor behavior

This can be demonstrated by a number of things, including childlike behavior to sudden agitation. Other behavioral disorders can include not following instructions, inappropriate or odd posture, not showing any response at all, and excessive or meaningless body movements.

5. Negative symptoms

This includes a decrease or inability to carry out daily functions. For example, a person may neglect personal hygiene or show no emotion at all (no eye contact, no changing facial expressions, or speaking in a monotone tone). In addition, the person may show decreased interest in daily activities, withdraw from social interactions, or dislike pleasurable activities.Over time, signs and symptoms may vary according to the type and degree of severity, with periods of worsening or improvement of symptoms. In some cases, symptoms can persist.

I have also run a series of tests, both written, physical, and also IQ, from a series of tests that I underwent at the Cisarua Mental Hospital, and the opinions of doctors, chaired by Dr. Lenny, and seeing the results of the test, it was clear that I was a schizophrenic sufferer, acute, so again the Team of Doctors asked my sister’s lover, to be willing to be my companion, my illness had to undergo treatment for the rest of my life. Although my sister’s lover is fierce, but she is very dear, I try to understand all the harshness and rudeness of my sister’s lover, because she wants to keep the trust that my mother has given her, even she and my sister sacrificed their happiness and future just for me so that I can heal and I can be independent, he also gave a life lesson to me, the man is the king of all games, the man must be the best, the man must always be number one, the man is not a loser , where the loser is in hell, For the readers of my article, I advise you that schizophrenia is not a crazy disease, as in general, but we have more abilities, high imaginations, it’s just how we try to make our dreams come true.

I am currently continuing my study at Unikom, where I will maintain trust in all parties who gave me the opportunity to study Computer science, especially in the Department of Information Systems, and thank you for giving me a second chance, even though the Doctor Team did not allow me to study at this time. This, to the Parties at UNIKOM who have given me the opportunity to study there, the Guardian of my Field of Study, thank you, I say, to my sister and her lover, believe me I will pay in full all your sacrifices so that I will be the best, but brother please don’t leave me alone, talk to your lover, so that he always takes care and guides me when this disease attacks me. I also have a business that I have pioneered for a long time coupled with the entrepreneurship lecture program taught at UNIKOM, and with the patience and sincerity of my sister’s lover, and her patience I want to grow my business, so that people don’t look down on me. also coached a DJ Music school at BDJS, under the guidance of DJ ALLDY, under the auspices of BDJS, which is located on Jalan Cicagra №71, and my music keyboard school which is located on Jalan Burangrang, under the care of Andry Music, I hereby promise to show the world and will also prove that people like us are enough and must be reckoned with.
